"Our refrigerator quit working, and we feared we'd lose all our food. I called 10-15 appliance repair shops to see if we could get same day service, but the best we could get was a day or so until I finally called A+ . The person answering the phone was friendly and helpful, telling me she might have a technician nearby, who could come by and look at our refrigerator. About an hour later, Dion, the technician was at our home. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered a part, and told me he'd have the part delivered in about an hour. He went away, the part was delivered, Dion came back, installed the part, and our refrigerator and all our food was saved! Dion was friendly but very professional. The price of the repair was about what I was expecting, and not cheap, but even there I had a pleasant surprise, I got a 5% senior discount!"

Dion not only fixed the issue quickly, he replaced a light bulb and offered some friendly tips about how our fridge/freezer operates. He was professional and friendly, would definitely recommend."

"I just had warranty service on my Electrolux french door bottom freezer refrigerator because the freezer drawer compartment was collecting a giant sheet of ice in the bottom. My service tech was "TOM" and he was simply the very best service tech I have EVER dealt with on any of my appliances. He was prompt, knew EXACTLY what the problem was, took the whole freezer compartment apart and cleared a plugged drain thoroughly. He then put the whole thing back together and explained everything to me. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and a consummate professional. He told me he had been in the fired for about 8 years and never misses a chance for factory training etc. I will BE RE commending A+ to everyone I know! Even if I did not have extended warranty coverage, I would still never hesitate to call this company and request TOM. SO SATISFIED!"

"In the past I have completed repairs on most of my appliances, however, at the age of 80, I now rely on other reliable repair people if I can find them. I got very lucky with Dion. Very personable, knowledgeable and fast. Dion had to make two repair trips because the replacement motor he brought on the first repair trip was a dud. He took in stride and said he would repair with another and that one worked. As a bonus, our ice maker started to work again and I thought it had a clogged line and would have to be replaced. So to close Dion did tell in advance before he began the price and it did not change. I would highly recommend Dion and if needed I would use his services again."

"Dion is a great repairman. I had him come out on very short notice to repair a 14 year old Whirlpool gas range where the oven would not light. He ruled out the more simple and inexpensive potential issues, diagnosed the actual problem quickly (bad gas valve) and had the part in his truck to repair the range right then and there. In less than an hour I was "cooking with gas" again. I will call him again any time I need to have an appliance repaired."

"Our stand-alone freezer stopped working, so I decided to call A+ Appliance because of all the great reviews here on Yelp. So glad I did. You guys were right about Dion. He was right on time, texted me when he was on his way, and diagnosed the problem quickly. Plus, he's a very nice person, super polite and a great smile. He had help with him, a man named Derek who was also a pleasure to work with, super nice with a great smile too! As it turns out, the cost of the repair would've been more than buying a new one, so I opted for that route. But he did give me the name of an associate who would come and remove the freezer, which took another task off my plate. Very handy. If you need appliance repair, these are the people to call."
